Declared Value of Prizes: 6 total prizes consisting of:
2 Two day general admission passes to the Pilgrimage Music and Cultural Festival at the Park in Harlinsdale- Franklin Tennesee September 28 and September 19, 2024- each pair valued at $598
7 Mountains Media through its Participating Radio Stations, in conjunction with various sponsor(s) and/or prize provider(s) (collectively, “7 Mountains”) is conducting a contest named as set forth above (“Contest”). 7 Mountains may air contest(s) from time to time which are conducted by 7 Mountains’ advertisers and other organizations that are not, sponsored or endorsed by, and/or for which, neither 7 Mountains, nor its radio stations, participate (“Non-7 Mountains’ Contest(s)”). For any Non-7 Mountains’ Contest(s) please refer to the contest rules of the Non-7 Mountains Contest Sponsor. Forever assumes no liability or responsibility in whole or in part for any Non-7 Mountains Contest(s).
1) No purchase or payment necessary. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Contestant(s) may only qualify one time during this promotion and only one qualifying contestant per household is permitted (“Participant(s) or singularly Participant”). Must be 18 years of age or older to enter. Any duplicate entries will disqualify ALL entries by that Participant(s).
2) Beginning 07/27/24 through 08/31/20243, 7 Mountains’ Participating Radio Station WUHU will be giving away each week 2 two day passes to The Pilgrimage Music and Cultural Festival in Franklin Tennessee September 28th and 29th, 2024. .Prizes are not transferable. If the Winner declines the Prize, there will not be any alternate prize available in substitution and the Prize will not be re-awarded and becomes the property of 7 Mountains.
Beginning at midnight 07/27/2024 through 9:00am on 08/31/2024, listeners be invited to become a member of the WUHU 107 Text Club by texting keyword “WUHU” to 71231. WUHU will conduct a random drawing from all members each Friday in the month of August in the 9am hour to award a pair of 2 day passes. On Friday August 31st, WUHU will conduct random drawings to two winners for a pair of 2 day passes. Winners must be 18 years of age or older.
The Prize winner is responsible for completing all required paperwork concerning the delivery of prize. The Grand Prize Winner is responsible for any additional expenses beyond the specifics detailed within the Prize. Winners have until 5pm 09/26/2024 to claim prizes. If the prize not claimed and/or collected it shall remain the property of 7 Mountains.
Any questions or comments regarding the operation of the Contest must be made in writing to Participating Radio Station Operations Director at the Studio Address.
4) Please also refer to the 7 Mountains General Contest Rules (“General” Rules”) attached below, which apply in conjunction with these Specific Contest Rules.
5) All Contest Rules are subject to change at the sole discretion of the Participating Radio Station(s) at their sole discretion. 7 Mountains retains the right to cancel or modify this Contest for any reason at any time.
6) A copy of the official rules governing this Contest as well as 7 Mountains’ General Contest Rules are available at the Participating Studio Address and on the Participating Radio Station(s) website address(s). Copies of the rules can be requested by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Studio Address.
The following rules apply to all contests, both on and off-air on all Seven Mountains Media radio WBVR, WUHU, WBGN, & WLYE, hereafter referred to as “WBVR, WUHU, WBGN, & WLYE,” unless otherwise described in specific contest rules for a particular contest:
1. Contests and Sweepstakes are open only to legal U.S. residents age 18 years or older at the time of entry. In the event that a prize is won by a contestant who is under 18 years of age, the parent or legal guardian must give verbal consent to publicize or broadcast the winner’s name, character, likeness or voice and will be required to sign the release.
2. Only one winner or qualifier per family or household will be allowed every 30 days.
3. All prizes must be claimed within 30 days of winning, unless or before the prize expires. WBVR, WUHU, WBGN, & WLYE will not notify winners of the time remaining on their prize. All unclaimed prizes will be forfeited. WBVR, WUHU, WBGN, & WLYE is at liberty to give away any unclaimed prize at the end of the 30 day grace period.
4. Winners must sign a release and may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID prior to receiving their prize.
5. Prizes may be mailed at the discretion of WBVR, WUHU, WBGN, & WLYE. WBVR, WUHU, WBGN, & WLYE are not responsible for the failure or tardiness of prizes delivered via US Postal Service.
6. In certain “unique situations,” a designated representative will be allowed to accept a prize for the winner. Written authorization from the winner including representative’s name, ID and a photocopy of the winner’s ID is required. WBVR, WUHU, WBGN, & WLYE will qualify what constitutes a “unique situation”.
7. Tickets won and/or provided by WBVR, WUHU, WBGN, & WLYE have no monetary value and are legally not available for resale. Winners are expressly prohibited from reselling tickets won from WBVR, WUHU, WBGN, & WLYE. Anyone caught in violation of this rule may be subject to local/state laws regarding ticket scalping and barred from winning any future prizes on all Seven Mountains Media radio WBVR, WUHU, WBGN, & WLYE.
8. Prizes are non-transferable and void where prohibited by law. No cash substitution of prizes allowed.
9. WBVR, WUHU, WBGN, & WLYE may substitute another prize of equal value, in the event of non-availability of an announced prize.
10. In the event that a winner chooses not to accept a prize, he or she forfeits all claim to that prize. WBVR, WUHU, WBGN, & WLYE then has the right, at its discretion, to award that prize to a contest runner-up.
11. WBVR, WUHU, WBGN, & WLYE is not responsible for defective prizes.
12. Winners understand and agree that they are responsible for any and all taxes incurred on prizes received.
13. No purchase necessary for participation. Odds of winning will depend on the number of qualified entries.
14. In the case of a dispute over telephone lines, the decision of WBVR, WUHU, WBGN, & WLYE is final.
15. Any tie will be broken by random drawing from among the tied, qualified entries. The drawing will be conducted by WBVR, WUHU, WBGN, & WLYE and the results of the drawing are final.
